Memorial for the late State Representative Mr. Isaac Robinson:
The American Arab and Muslim Political Action Committee (AMPAC) will be holding a special virtual memorial in loving memory of the late Michigan House Representative Mr. Isaac Robinson.
Rep. Robinson died on March 29, 2020 due to Covid-19 complications.
The event is dedicated to Mr. Robinson’s legacy: Activism, engagement, and tireless efforts fighting for equality and social justice. Mr. Robinson’s involvement with all communities and countless community organizations, including with AMPAC, is truly missed.
Mr. Robinson was a founding member of the American Human Rights Council (AHRC). He was deeply involved in the community’s civic and faith-based centers, as an attendee, a participant or a volunteer.
AMPAC will be broadcasting the event on social media on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
More details and information will be released in the near future. The program will include special remarks and tributes regarding Mr. Robinson’s legacy.
